Teleconference

Find out the best way to incorporate nutrition into your practice; includes the latest

What Nutrition and Supplements are Crucial to our Health?

There’s a lot of information to sort out about nutrition – what to eat, how to balance, what to take as far as supplements go…  Now there is a class on innate nutrition from a renowned lecturer in this field!  Dr. Dan is known for providing the most up to date, relevant research out there as it applies to clinical relevance.

This class serves as an adjunct to traditional chiropractic mechanical care, and is timely and necessary. It is designed to not only inform the practicing chiropractor, but to help the chiropractor, their family and their patients improve their own health and enhance patient clinical oucomes.

The goals are to cover the science of a healthy diet and to review the supplements that experts agree must be consumed daily for optimal health physiology.

  •  How health politics influences our health
  • The insidiousness of insulin resistance
  • What is a truly “healthy” diet
  • Role of chemical fertilizers and nutritional inflation
  • Factors increasing need for supplementation
  • The optimum balances of carbohydrates, proteins and fats
  • Simplify understanding of essential fatty acids
  • News on excitotoxins and neurodegeneration
  • Correlations and importance of magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K
  • The power of mitochondrial rejuvenation and nutrients that promote it
