Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in our Payment Plan, you agree to the following terms:

Payments: The total cost will be divided into four installments, starting with a $250 down payment.

Payment Method: Monthly payments will be automatically processed using the card you provided for the down payment.

Early Payoff: You may pay off your remaining balance at any time without incurring penalties.

Missed Payments: Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in your removal from the class without a refund for any payments already made.

Cancelation & Refund Policy:
- To cancel your enrollment, you must contact the CCA by phone at 303-755-9011 or by email at cca@coloradochiropractic.org.
- 60 Days or More Before the Seminar Start Date: A full refund will be provided.
- 30 to 59 Days Before the Seminar Start Date: A credit will be issued, applicable to future events.
- Less than 30 Days Before the Seminar Start Date: A 50% credit will be issued.
- No-Shows: No refund or credit will be provided.
- CCA-Initiated Cancelations: If the CCA cancels the seminar, a full refund will be provided. However, the CCA is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. The CCA will make every effort to notify attendees in a timely manner.
