Description

G8730 and Medicare: What changed with MIPS in 2021

If you were reporting G8730 on Medicare claims in 2020, you may have noticed that it got deleted on 1/1/21.  While reporting certain G codes is not required for most chiropractors, the MIPS pathway of CMS’s Quality Payment Program has changed a bit.  In this webinar find out if you are required to participate, may choose to opt-in, or should consider reporting voluntarily.  The “Pain Assessment and Follow Up” measure is gone, and it took some G codes with it. But there are other Quality Measures (and other parts of MIPS) that you may need to consider.
