Program Cancellation and Refund Policy
Attendees may cancel any CCA Seminar for any reason. All refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:
Cancellation requires a phone call or email to the CCA at
303-755-9011 or cca@coloradochiropractic.org.
- Canceling 30 days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
- Canceling between 30 and 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a credit-only.
- Canceling less than 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 50% credit only.
- If an attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given.
If the CCA cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%. If the CCA needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The CCA is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs.
