Description

Did you know you could be violating HIPPA by simply responding to online reviews and comments? Positive or Negative!

In today’s digital landscape, healthcare professionals and chiropractic businesses are increasingly engaging with patients and the public through social media and online platforms. However, this expanded online presence comes with critical responsibilities, particularly regarding patient privacy and chiropractors’ compliance with rules and regulations.

Join us for an insightful webinar where we’ll explore the intersection of social media, online platforms, patient privacy, and chiropractors’ legal compliance. Our expert attorneys will discuss the legal frameworks governing chiropractors’ representations and marketing, patients’ information, and offer practical strategies for maintaining compliance, and share best practices for protecting patient confidentiality while building your online presence while minimizing legal risks.

This session will equip you with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complexities of digital engagement and compliance while safeguarding patients’ information and rights.
