The PRANA Foundation

Dr. Monique Andrews is a teacher and scholar in Chiropractic Neuroscience who leads seminars and workshops around the world.  As a long time student of chiropractic, western neuroscience and eastern somatic practices, she presents from a principled perspective, blending modern tools with ancient wisdom. Drawing on years of intensive study and teaching, she has become an expert in embodied somatic practices and is an international award-winning speaker in the areas of Chiropractic, Polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation. Through her work with The PRANA Foundation she is a powerful guide and mentor for those drawn to evolving their own wisdom and easing the path for others.
