Dr. Craig Pearson was born and raised near Port Elizabeth, on the south-east coast of South Africa. He attended high school at Woodridge College. Following graduation, he spent a year in New Zealand on Rotary Youth Exchange. Returning to South Africa he attended the University of Port Elizabeth and graduated in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 1988, he completed an honors degree in Organic Chemistry. Dr. Pearson served in the South African Air Force for two years, attaining the rank of 1st Lieutenant.Following three years in the workforce as a chemist, Dr. Pearson attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. He graduated with a doctorate in chiropractic, magna cum laude, in 1997. He is a member of Pi Tau Delta academic fraternity, and was a Presidential Scholar.
Dr. Pearson has practiced in Boulder since 1997. He has an advanced certification in Whiplash Trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and uses chiropractic techniques taught at Palmer College, with an emphasis on Sacro Occipital Technic™– SOT® taught by Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI). Dr. Pearson was President of SORSI in 2013 and is a Certified Craniopath (CC).
Dr. Pearson has served multiple terms on the Colorado Chiropractic Association(CCA) Board, and as President of the CCA in 2021. He is currently serving as the Chair of the Legislation Committee.
He loves animals and respects their inherent intelligence and so became certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. He no longer maintains the separate license in Colorado. His English Bull Terrier, Yezi, joins him at the office every day.
Dr. Pearson is now a U.S. citizen and he and the wife of 27 years, Claire, have made Boulder County their home.
He played rugby as his primary sport for about 25 years and shared his knowledge as head coach of the Boulder Men’s Rugby Club in the late nineties and early 2000’s. He enjoys his personal time cycling, golfing, skiing, traveling and keeping fit with his wife.
Dr. Russ moved to Littleton Colorado when he was 2 years old. Even though he wasn’t born here he considers himself a native to this beautiful state. At 15 his father’s work took him and his family to Shawnee, Kansas where he met his beautiful wife Audrey. They were friends all through high school until Dr. Russ finally got up the nerve to ask her out. They were married in 2005 and now have 3 amazing children.
In 2007, Dr. Russ attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Science and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. While in school, he studied extensively on how to treat and manage many conditions of the spine from low back and sciatica to headaches and neck pain. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much training in school on how to treat and manage conditions outside of the spine. Growing up Dr. Russ played soccer, ultimate Frisbee, golf, and many other sports so his goal in school was to work with professional athletes and teams.
Things changed for Dr. Russ when he had a patient in school that couldn’t knit a sweater for her grandchild because of her severe carpal tunnel. This motivated Dr. Russ to enrolled in extra courses & seminars to become proficient in the treatment and management of injuries and conditions of the hands, feet, shoulders, and other areas outside the spine. From that point, he knew that he would become a Chiropractor in Northglenn to help others. Since then he has seen amazing results treating carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, elbow pain, and other conditions without the use of surgery, braces, or medication by adjusting the spine, hands, and feet.
Dr. Colt grew up in Selmer, Tennessee where he first learned about chiropractic after sustaining various weightlifting injuries. Dr. Colt attended Logan University and graduated in 2016.
Dr. Colt has a passion for educating not only his patients, but students and other doctors as well. Dr. Colt is an Adjunct Instructor for Logan University.
In his spare time, Dr. Colt enjoys weightlifting, watching sports, BBQing, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Ken has been in clinical practice over 30 years. He has been treating athletes in the Golden area since 1998, from professionals to “weekend warriors”. In his practice he employs a variety of techniques including manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling and rehab to restore biomechanical improvements to help patients maintain an active lifestyle. Dr. Ken has also been an instructor at Metro State University-Denver, Northwest University of Health Sciences and the Colorado Chiropractic Association. He has worked with a professional sports team, local sports clubs and actively mentors the next generation of caregivers via college internship programs.
Dr. Ken’s goal is to teach hands on techniques that chiropractors can use on Monday morning without the need to buy high priced gadgets or dramatically change their practice styles. “I want to bring groups of doctors together to discuss and work on each other, sharing techniques and experiences in a more collaborative workshop environment”.
Dr. Evan Katz is an East Coast native, and has an uncle and a cousin who are also chiropractors. He was a Life Chiropractic College West graduate in 2000. Evan started a solo practice in Boulder, (as a big skier he dreamed of living in Colorado). Almost 20 years later Dr. Katz and his wife have a busy practice, their focus is on improving the normal structure and function of patient’s spines. Evan has served on numerous boards and non-profits. Colorado Chiropractic Association, COCSA, Spinal Injury Foundation, and the Regenexx board to name a few. He has presented at many spinal conferences around the world. Dr. Katz has testified as an expert in court over 20 times explaining the complex, sometimes devastating injuries that happen in car crashes and the importance of chiropractic care. He was awarded CBP Chiropractor of the year in 2016, and Researcher of the year in 2020 and 2021 “Innovator of the Year” by the Colorado Chiropractic Association. Dr. Katz has published in multiple peer reviewed journals. As of 2023, he has been published in the journal Brain Circulation, and in 2020 published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health on spinal instability in injured vs non-injured population. Dr. Katz was one of the primaries establishing the new 2019 ICA certification program AMTI. Evan started Professionallyintegrated.com which allows doctors to have access to spinal information to help educate, document, and improve patient outcomes.
In his free time he loves being with his family, fly fishing and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
