Did you know? Colorado law requires that any staff member who takes X-rays—digital or otherwise—must complete state-approved training. Rule 1.19 of the Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners states that:

“In order to qualify to operate an X-ray machine or to administer such radiation to a patient, unlicensed chiropractic personnel must successfully complete a Board-approved course.”

🔍 About the Course

Colorado law requires 24 total hours of X-ray training for unlicensed personnel. This dynamic, hands-on course provides 12 hours of in-person instruction, including essential safety protocols, equipment operation, radiation protection, and image quality standards.
You’ll also receive detailed guidance and materials to help your clinic complete the remaining 12 hours of on-site training—so you can meet all state requirements efficiently and affordably.

Program Cancelation and Refund Policy

Attendees may cancel any CCA Seminar for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

Cancelation requires a phone call or email to the CCA at 303-755-9011 or to cca@coloradochiropractic.org.

1. Canceling 30-days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
2. Canceling between 30 and 14-days prior to the start date of the seminar will result a credit-only. 
3. Canceling less than 14-days prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 50% credit-only.
4. If attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given.

If the CCA cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%. If the CCA needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The CCA is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs.
