Dr. Clinton "Marc" Smith, D.C.

Dr. Clinton Smith is a 1988 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Eastern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University for his undergraduate training. He specializes in lower back, neck and joint pain and has an interest in employer services to include DOT physicals, employee physical performance evaluations and drug testing.

He was one of 10 original members of the NRCME Role Delineation Study in Washington, D.C. designing the new requirements for physicians performing DOT examinations across the country.

He served as a combat medic in the Illinois National Guard from 1980-1987, and is the past Chairman of the Clinton County Board of Health. He is the president of NRCME Training systems, LLC, a physician education company based in Breese, Illinois.

He has ordering affliations with St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, Illinois.

He is married to Carma and has three children, Elise, Evan and Lawson. He enjoys flying, playing golf and watching his kids' activities.
