Dr. Rock is Co-CEO of the Arete Network, the nation’s first provider-governed Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) dedicated to uniting high-value conservative musculoskeletal providers. If there is one theme that defines his career, it is curiosity and persistence in pursuing solutions.

For 12 years, Dr. Rock owned and operated a chiropractic clinic while simultaneously building a career in sports science. His work in performance and recovery led to partnerships with more than 30 professional sports teams across nearly every major league.

That same curiosity eventually brought him back to his deepest passion: advancing musculoskeletal healthcare. When the data is applied, chiropractic consistently emerges as a high-value, evidence-based starting point for patients—a fact he felt compelled to act upon.

Dr. Rock has since carried those qualities into healthcare innovation. His data-driven strategies have helped strengthen provider positioning, improve reimbursement, and expand patient steerage to chiropractic care. Today, he leads Arete’s national expansion alongside a team of experienced musculoskeletal leaders, combining advanced analytics, modern technology, and provider governance to reshape how chiropractic is positioned in the broader healthcare system.
