Poorvi Parkie, Esq.

Poorvi Parkhie is a transactional business attorney based out of Denver, CO.  Her mission is to provide an easy to understand and a stress-free legal experience to growth-minded businesses.

Prior to opening her firm, she practiced commercial real estate, corporate and finance law, first with Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP, a law firm based out of Atlanta, and then with Arent Fox, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. From there, she worked as in-house corporate finance counsel at Sallie Mae, Inc. 

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, she attended Emory University for both undergraduate and law school. When she's not helping businesses achieve their goals, you can find her spending time with her family exploring the mountains, reading, or trying to improve her green thumb in the garden.
